Aetrex® Carboplast® Composite Sheet is a thermoplastic material that’s easy to mold (3-7 minutes at 400°F) to fabricate custom orthotics. Allows for deep-contour molding using conventional equipment. Lightweight and durable, made with high-strength carbon and glass fibers in a tough, unique polypropylene matrix that’s guaranteed not to crack. Available in a range of sizes and four rigidities to address a wide variety of patient needs: Flexible (1.5 mm), Semi-Rigid (2.0 mm), Rigid (2.5 mm), and Extra-Rigid (2.9 mm). Sold individually by the sheet.
