AliMed® Nonslip Exit Alarm Mat pairs with the AliMed IQ Contact Alarm (sold separately) to help prevent wandering by alerting caregivers when a patient attempts to leave their bed or room. The alarm is triggered as soon as the patient steps onto the mat and continues to sound until a caregiver resets it. The alarm can also be set to silent, sounding only at a remote location. Perfect for bedside use, in front of any doorway, or in bathrooms. The low-profile design allows wheelchairs to easily roll over the mat without difficulty, creating a safer patient environment.
