AliMed® Support Surfaces for AMSCO® C-Max Surgical Tables are available in two models (details below), offering varying levels of support and pressure distribution. Basic is made of all Polyfoam for standard cushioning, and Deluxe combines thicker layers of both Polyfoam and T-Foam for maximum pressure reduction. T-Foam, also called memory foam, molds to the patient’s contours. Due to its slow reactive properties, T-Foam can stabilize a patient better than Polyfoam alone. 3 pieces per set.

Basic: 2″H Polyfoam offers an economical choice with a surface that provides enough cushioning to prevent discomfort in healthy adults for short periods of time. Best for short-term cases lasting 1-2 hours.
Deluxe: 3″H surface combines 1-1/2″ of T-Foam for maximum pressure reduction with 1-1/2″ of Polyfoam for extra thickness and support. Best for bariatric patients, lateral cases, and procedures lasting 3 hours.
