Curasorb Calcium Alginate Dressings for advanced wound care have a high calcium content that is released into the wound bed while removing sodium. This action prepares the wound for epithelization and help maintain a moist healing environment.

Contraindications:

Not for use on wounds with dry eschar or minimal exudate.

Application:

Apply the dressing dry and cover with a secondary dressing.

Removal:

Remove when strike through to the secondary dressing occurs.
