Milk thistle fruit ( Cardui mariae fructus )
Preparation
1 teaspoon of crushed fruit is boiled for 5 minutes in 1/4 l of water, infused for 10 minutes in a covered container. Always prepare fresh.
Dosage
Drink 1 cup a day as a food supplement.
Caution
The infusion may have a mild laxative effect.
